About the Attorney
My name is Magdalena Jezierska-Zięba, and for over fifteen years I have been helping entrepreneurs and inventors effectively protect their intellectual property. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in organic chemistry.
I gained extensive scientific and research experience during my work at the Industrial Chemistry Research Institute in Warsaw, where I also earned my PhD in Technical Sciences. I am a co-author of numerous scientific publications and a co-inventor of several inventions – with seven granted patents to my name.
I hold full qualifications as a Patent Attorney (Registration No.: 3306) and am an authorized professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante. My practice covers inventions from various fields of technology, including chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medicine, materials science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and electronics.
I represent clients before the Polish Patent Office, the European Patent Office (EPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and – in cooperation with local firms – before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
